Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@josepenm.com with photos. We’ll evaluate and make it right.

After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within ~10 business days (your bank may take longer to post). If it’s been over 30 business days, please contact us.
