Refund policy

30 day guarantee
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery.
Return
In order to make a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Conditions
Return requests received outside the stated return period will not be accepted.
Acceptance or Rejection
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without a return request will not be accepted.
Shipping
Return shipments must be arranged through us shop,josepenm.com and shipped by the purchaser in their original packaging (including all enclosed certificates received with the order) upon receipt of the return ticket from us.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Changing your Order
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving any reason. As in the previous case, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with the labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well.
