Shipping policy
Products that are in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days indicated on the website. Unless otherwise agreed (e.g. in connection with the reservation of products that are not in stock), the order will be delivered no later than 30 working days after shop.josepenm.com has confirmed the order in writing via the order confirmation. If you have not received your order within the stated delivery time, please contact our customer service no later than 30 working days after placing the order.
The expected delivery time of the product is indicated on the order confirmation, at checkout and/or on the relevant product page on the website. In the event that the contrary is not expressly agreed and delivery takes longer than 30 working days and this is not at the Customer's expense, the Customer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase.
If a package is to be picked up, the Customer must do so within the time specified in the pick-up notice. In general, packages must be picked up in person and upon presentation of valid identification. The Customer always receives a pick-up message indicating where and when a package can be picked up. Notification can be made by email, post and, in case the Customer has provided his/her cell phone number, also via a phone call or text message. In case the Customer does not pick up the package, shop.josepenm.com is entitled to charge a fee of €20. If you opt for home delivery, someone must be at home to accept the package.
SHIPPING TO NETHERLANDS: Delivery time: 3-5 business days.
SHIPPING TO EU: Delivery time: 8-10 business days.
SHIPPING TO COUNTRIES OUT OF EU : Delivery time: 8-15 business days.
We don’t sent orders on weekends or holidays.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays in relation to freight or customs.
We use the postal services provided by DHL, UPS, PostNL & GLS.
We send all packages in recycled cardboard boxes, as it is important for us to protect the environment and create as little waste as possible.
