What is included in this on-location portrait session?

This Portret Fotoshoot Eindhoven on-location is a 120-minute session in your workspace or atelier in Eindhoven.

It includes approximately 30 shots to choose from, 5 final edited portraits (web + high-res)

How many images can I choose and how many final portraits do I receive?

During your portret fotoshoot Eindhoven you receive around 30 contact images. From these you select 5 favourites, which I then refine as master edits.

If you need more final portraits for your portfolio or PR, we can add extra edits.

Do you offer retouching for the on-location portraits?

Yes. Subtle retouching is included in the master edits: skin clean-up, dust removal and micro dodge & burn to keep the portrait clean, sharp and professional.

The goal is a natural but elevated look, suitable for zakelijk portret use as well as artistic profiles.

What licence is included, and can I use the images in advertising?

The standard licence covers personal and professional use: LinkedIn portrait Eindhoven, CV, website, portfolios, press kits, social media and organic PR features.

If you want to use the portraits in paid advertising (ad campaigns, paid social, banners, print ads, billboards, etc.), we can add an advertising licence upgrade tailored to your brand, media and duration.

Can I book an photoshoot outside Eindhoven?

Yes. If your workspace, atelier or chosen location is outside Eindhoven (10–30 km) you can book the upgrade “fotoshoot-on-location Outside Eindhoven: 10–30 km

How do I plan my date, time and location details?

After booking and payment you receive an email to schedule your timeslot and confirm your Eindhoven workspace / atelier details.

What is your cancellation policy for on-location sessions?

You can reschedule or cancel free of charge more than 48 hours before the session. Between 24–48 hours, a 50% fee applies.

Within 24 hours, the full session fee is charged. This policy keeps planning fair for both on-location and studio sessions.

Do you offer make-up / grooming or other upgrades with this session?

Yes. Make-up / grooming can be booked as an additional service.
